Installation of vREST NG Application

Installing the vREST NG Application is very simple. Just follow the steps mentioned below, for the corresponding platform.

Windows

• Download the latest version from this link - Download (opens new window)
• Install the downloaded .exe file by clicking on it.
• And follow the on-screen instructions.
• That's it.

Linux

• Download the latest version from this link - Download (opens new window)
• To install the .AppImage file, first you will need to give execute permission to the downloaded file.

chmod +x vrest-ng-linux-x.x.x.AppImage

• Now click on the .AppImage file to start vREST NG Application.

Mac

• Download the latest version from this link - Download (opens new window)
• To install the .dmg file
  • Double click on this downloaded file
  • You will see a screenshot like below:
  • Just drag the item with the label vREST NG to the Applications directory in the above image to install it.
  • Now open the Applications from the Finder Window.
  • And search for the vREST NG Application.
  • And open the installed vREST NG Application.
  • That's it.
